Ingredients for Mint Chicken Tikka:
- chicken boneless-700 gm
- crushed to paste mint-6 tbsp
- melted butter-2 tbsp
- salt as per the taste
- egg-2
- cheese spread-6 tbsp
- garlic paste-1 1/2 tsp
- lime juice-4 tbsp
- crushed to paste cashews-6 tbsp
- ginger paste-1 1/2 tsp
- powdered green cardamom-1 1/2 tsp
- white pepper powder-1 1/2 tsp
How to prepare the Mint Chicken Tikka:
Step 1) To start with the delicious recipe, clean the boneless chicken pieces & allow them to dry for a few minutes. On the other hand, bring a vessel & drop garlic-ginger paste, lemon juice & salt to it. Combine it properly.
Step 2) Then, cautiously put the mix into the chicken pieces. Allow it to marinate for a while.
Step 3) Now, add white pepper powder, green cardamom powder, cheese spread, whisked eggs, cashews paste & mint paste onto the chicken pieces. Allow it to marinate for around three to four hrs.
