When searching for great gift ideas online, I knew I really wanted to steer away from the overpriced, plastic junk that would just break within a few days, or that wouldn't hold my child's interest for much longer. We live in a world of cheap stuff that costs a lot, items that don't tend to encourage the imagination or creativity.
I came across a beautiful website, "The Wee Store" that features a lot of really cool boutique brands and products that I don't think I could've found on my own.
I love everything!!! It's unique, fun, and often very on point trend wise, so I compiled a list of four designer boutique brands that offers kids toys under a very affordable 10!
I have included the links in the article in case you wanted to look at the items yourself! Happy browsing!
â— REAL leather purse - 7.95!
First off, this cute little pocket money purse is super cheap AND it's made out of real leather! I love knowing that it will withstand even my most hardcore shopping diva! It comes in a ton of fun colours, but I like the warm orange the best! It features a snap apart cord for safety and fancy gold embossed lettering as well. Ark Design did an excellent job, I really fancy this!
â— Build A Robot - 9.95
If your tyke loves crafts like mine does, this huge 51cm robot is sure to be a win! Clockwork Soldier seems to have many similar "build your own" craft kits that are under 10 and require no glue or scissors. I love that this allows your child to independently build and utilize their imaginations afterwards! Plus it's made out of recycled materials, so huge bonus points there too!
â— Dino Shadows - 3.00 (On Sale!!!)
These cute little dino shadow puppet sticks by Moulin Roty are sale for just 3.00! I love that encourage my kiddos imagination, don't require batteries or tech, and are simple and beautiful! I love the idea of them making up stories and play with shadows under their blanket fort!
â— Classic Memory Game - 8.95
I love this version of the classic memory game! It's bright, colourful and I think will really help foster an early love of art with the really fun artwork of Helen Dardik featured on each square! Just a really sweet set!
There are many, many other fabulous toys on there, but I had to stop somewhere. No matter what you get, your little one is sure to be pleased, these toys all look amazing!
