The Raw Food World - Can Raw Food Make You Loose Weight
Is it easy to transform your life from eating food that was cooked before it goes to your mouth or just simply any other type of foods? It depends on you because these days the raw food world is big. So many people, especially woman changes to the raw food world. So I'm asking myself why do people do that and what is it in for me. Lets look............
I want to start with the weight loss theory, it is said that if you go on a raw food diet you can loose weight and allot of it. It is the world of uncooked vegetables and unprocessed vegetables. Not just that... it consists of fruits, seeds and nuts, which is great for your system. With saying that you must stop eating any animal food and unprocessed food if you want to make this diet work in the raw food world. Just eat natural food, and this is all green foods.
It is proven that raw food can completely transform your life from being obese to a healthy human being. Lets go back to the question of "why raw food". If you want to loose weight, just eat food with lower calories, but must be high in nutrients. This way you will not crave for fatty foods that make your love handles grow right. What types of food can I eat then in the raw food world?
Lets look at vegetables, green vegetables, raw of course do have low calories but nutrients are great for your body, fruits I would suggest is second. This works great if you like eating here and there. This way you are full always and reduce the need of eating junk food. So many people don't like drinking water, don't know why but I love it. A great raw food choice is also eating raw foods that have allot of fluids in it.
Last but not least, if you take meat and cook it, you will loose so many vitamins and minerals that will just fade away. Your body needs those... this cooked foods goes to your system and blocking your intestines and colon, I know allot of humans who are having problems with their colon and constipation. This usually leads to sugar diabetes and blood pressure problems right. This tells me that somewhere we are making the wrong food choices. With raw fruit and vegetables you keep those nutrients and is great for your system. The raw food world is big and so many people turn to this path.
It all depends on ourselves which road we want to take, the raw food world or the keep on eating cooked food and meat. Only you can make that choice, I just showed you the positive in this. No harm in trying though...
